I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in the bustling area of Malad in Mumbai. The location was fantastic, being near to the market place and conveniently situated in the business district of Goregaon. The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring all our requests were timely attended to. The basic amenities were well-maintained and the rooms were spacious, with a big mirror which was a nice touch. Additionally, breakfast was included and it was a delightful experience, particularly the delicious desserts at their restaurant.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Room was decently clean and comfortable, and the bed was cozy. Location was near the city center and had good access to public transportation. the breakfast spread had some good options.

The walls were paper-thin, so there was noise literally all night - from people talking in the next room to the traffic outside. There was only one window that faced a brick wall, so there was no natural light or fresh air.

The attention to detail and value for money were definitely noteworthy.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Conveniently located near a large mall, guests can enjoy delicious meals at the In House Flavours Restaurant. the friendly staff, including the reception and room service teams, provide excellent service. Guests can also enjoy complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. Rooms are cozy and well-equipped with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Some guests experienced issues with the housekeeping staff.

This hotel was a disappointment. The noise from the party in the banquet room kept me up all night, and the staff did not do anything to remedy the situation.
